Congratulations to Captain Dale Dye, USMC (Retired)

We Are Proud to Announce …

Captain Dale Dye, USMC (Ret)

That congratulations are in order for our friend, and long-time patient, Captain Dale Dye, USMC (Ret). In addition to being a highly decorated retired Marine Captain who served our country for 20 years, Dale has also played military roles in over 50 movies and has his own technical advisory company, Warriors, Inc., to help ensure that Hollywood portrays military action accurately for films and television. Captain Dye was awarded 3 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam and is the author of over 15 books.

We have just learned that, on October 13th in Dallas, Dale will receive the Bob Hope Excellence in Entertainment Award. This prestigious honor is sponsored by the Medal of Honor Society, composed of all living Americans who have been awarded the nation’s highest decoration for valor in armed combat. Past recipients have included Gary Sinise, Mark Wahlberg, Bradley Cooper, Tom Selleck, Jon Voight and Stephen Ambrose.

Also present in October will be all 26 living military personnel who have received the Congressional Medal of Honor. We are extremely proud to be in the fine company of this wonderful person. We salute Dale Dye, a man who has made a difference in all our lives both directly and indirectly.
